Tuesday was the second day of what is turning out to be a crazy work week. I had a drippy egg sandwich for 194 calories and 4pts for breakfast.
Followed by two cups of breakfast tea with ~Tbsp of half and half each for 1pt and 40 calories.
Lunch was a Garlic Chicken Lean Cuisine Steamer for 270 calories and 5pts.
For dinner, I threw together asian inspired noodles for 11pts and 450 calories.
And a snack of 1/2 a slice of bread with cheese for 3pts and 140 calories.
