Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage, chopped into ribbons
1/2 bulb leek, chopped into ribbons
3-4 green onions, chopped
5-6 watered chestnuts, chopped
1/2 Tbsp light butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Directions:
- Saute cabbage, leek, green onions, and chestnuts in butter for 5-6 minutes until al dente
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce
- Enjoy!
