What you need:
1 multi grain tortilla (mine were 60 calories)
5 slices cucumber
4 thin slices roma tomato
Lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 large olives, sliced
1 slice red onion
1 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Humus
What to do:
1. Smear humus on wrap.
2. Layer on cucumbers and tomatoes.
3. Toss on the rest.
4. Nosh and don't share.
