Chef Salad

This is part of my Salad Week Challenge for myself and it was delicious! The whole thing is 8pts, 8pts+, and 340 calories- however you track. I couldn't finish the whole thing for dinner. Below is my recipe, but chef salads are meant to clear out your fridge so toss in whatever you've got, just don't forget the egg and meat!
Delicious and photogenic, this will be a repeat for lunches.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups romaine
2 medium eggs, hard boiled, sliced
1 thin slice red onion
1 oz. deli ham, sliced into ribbons
4 slices cucumber
1 piece colby jack cheese, sliced into ribbons
5 grape tomatoes
2 baby bella mushrooms sliced/chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp light ranch (or your favorite dressing)

Ingredients- Its definitely a good salad to get in your protein!
