Thursday morning was amazing! I didn't have to be at work until 10:30 am! I made breakfast for Matt and I. I had a bacon pancake with 1/2 a slice of bacon (the other half is in my pancake) and syrup! I used egg beaters to lighten up the pancakes a bit for 3pts.

After breakfast, I hit the gym for some cross training and my day off running. I'm supposed to be cross training/ resistance training on 3 out of 4 of my off days from running and that hasn't been happening- well it is now. 30 minutes on cross-trainer for +2 activity points (being conservative).

After the run, I took a quick shower before heading to work. I met with a student for two hours, rushed back home and made lunch and headed back into work. I had a Mediteranean Veggie Wrap 2pts and 1/2 a large grapefruit with splenda 1pt.

Girls' Night was super fun, but that is always to be expected. It was filled with chatting and lots of wine. We were joined by our old friend Chuck...
...two buck Chuck to be more precise. Upper est: 500 calories fueling our four hours of girl talk, 10pts, 20pts+. Did you know that an entire bottle of wine ranges from 350-550 calories only? (Most are in the 490-510 calorie range.) I assumed there must be a day's worth in a bottle at least, but no- drink up, you dieters!
