Happy Friday! Again, glad its the weekend. I was craving grapefruit for breakfast so I made a grocery run before eating. I had 1/2 a medium grapefruit with splenda 1pt. Which was gone in ~10 seconds. (40 calories, 0pts+)
For lunch, I had 3/4 cup of taco soup- it was all that was left for 2pts.

Matt grilled for dinner. The weather was so perfect! I had 1/2 a chicken breast 3pts with some bread and laughing cow cheese 2pts and some shrimp 1pt.

oh my goodness girl, you are AWESOME! I'm from Memphis too and I am definitely rooting for you! I've always struggled with my weight too but you've definitely inspired me that I am in charge of how much I weigh.

I would be starving....I find I eat between 1 600 ~ 1800 calories a day....I need to try get it a little lower I know.
