So, if I'm going to stick with this, I need something to look forward to. The number one thing I have been craving, but is outside of my budget atm is a deep tissue massage. I have been crazy sore from being sick and in bed too much, then from starting to work out again, then yadda yadda. Matt is the nicest person in the world when it comes to back rubs....as in, I haven't gone to sleep since we've gotten married without one. But my back is so stiff lately, ten minutes isn't cutting it. Sooooo when I get below 150, I will schedule a deep tissue massage. So excited! And motivated.
I feel like my weightloss (when I'm not trying like lately) comes in spurts. I'll make a lot of progress in a short amount of time, and then hang out around that number for a few months (or a year), then repeat. I remember being at 175 for what felt like ages, and then 163 for a year, now 155 is my home. I want to get into the 140's so badly and think this will help me sustain the effort to push passed this plateau.

You can do it!!! I've recently started back exercising and eating healthier. I'm 5'9" and I used to be 200lbs and I lost 70lbs a few years back. I have gained about 40lbs back. I've lost 11 pounds so far and I'm tracking my food every single day on my blog. I think that's what's helping the most with me. If I keep track of what I eat and do, I am more accountable for my actions. Check it out sometime! We can support each other.
