Couch to 5K Update

Just stopping in for a QUICK update (I'm still in exam period and job training for LearningRx)- but I am continuing my C25K plan. I ran 20 minutes without stopping today! 1.7 miles- just over 1/2 a 5k so I'd be under 40 minutes (38 mins) for a 5k if I keep that speed.

Yay small goals! I know 20 minutes is nothing to a lot of people, but from where I started, its far. Yay!
