Weight Watchers Zero Points Veggie Soup

This is an old version of the veggie soup by WW. Its delish and even better 0pts so its a great addition to any meal or just as a snack to tide you over. It is also a filling food as defined by WW.

Zero Points Veggie Soup:
Prep Time: 8 mins
Cook Time: 24 mins
Servings: 4

You will need:

2/3 cup carrot, chopped (about 1 medium carrot)
1/2 cup onion, chopped (about 1/4 medium onion)
2 cloves minced garlic
Cooking spray
1 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup green beans
 3 cups fat free, low sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 cup zucchini, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
 
Saute carrots, onions, and garlic in pan coated with nonstick cooking spray until softened (about 5 mins).



 
Stir in broth, tomato paste, seasonings, beans, and cabbage, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes.



Add zucchini and simmer another 4 mins.



Salt and pepper to taste, and then you're done! Serve Hot.
