Back on Tracking Tuesday W34

Ok so if you didn't check out my coming clean post, you definitely should to hear my resolutions for this month. I'm still a little under the weather, but had to work today anyway. I had dayquil and cough suppressant for breakfast- calorically negligible I'm hoping- 0pts.

I don't think I was ready to be back at work yet. I felt like I was going to pass out while training my student. I pulled it together and made it through the day on 2 diet sodas 0pts and a smart ones fettuccine alfredo 4pts.

I came home to a few good surprises. First, Matt had been to the grocery store! I've only occasioned the grocery lately for the most important of items...

Anyway, this meant that for the first time in forever we were going to eat real food! Not salt covered fast food heavenliness crap. I started to work on some new found glory some friends made for us at Veritas Vineyard for Stary Nights this past weekend. I love that place! We made Chicken Veggie Orzo. Delicious!! Its ~250 calories per cup and 5 WW points. I had a cup and a half for 8pts and was stuffed. Matt had 2 cups and was full. The full recipe makes about 10 cups.
I hope to share the recipe with you soon! I have to get the creator's permission to post it!
The other surprise that was waiting for me was a package from Erika at Fashion Meets Food (check out her blog if you like pink, are female, or consider yourself generally stylish). It was a chocolate giveaway consisting of chocolate themed bath/spa supplies in a super duper cute box. Thanks, @Fashion Meets Food! Speaking of her giveaways, she is currently doing a rocking giveaway in honor of Fashion Week. I am living proof that you can win!
I cannot wait to try these out! Foot scrub, body wash, bath salt, and lotion!
I've been chilling out weathering my cold for the remainder of the night reading The Girl Who Played With Fire and munching on 1/2 cup of grapes 1pt.

Points: 13/23- too few, but I'm sick

Exercise: Blowing my poor, red nose.
Weekly Activity Points: 0
Weekly Weight Loss: no weigh in yet, God help me / -30.6 total
