Y2 W8 D7: Daylight Savings Time

Wow, how did I miss the memo that it was daylight savings time today?! We were 18 minutes late to church! Eek! I took my drippy egg sandwich to go on the way for 4pts and 214 calories.

After church, it was to lab for the Bauers...again. I was dying on the inside while working because it was such a nice day outside that I was missing! We had the Italian Chicken and Rice with roasted red potatoes I made yesterday. I had 1/2 a serving of chicken for 3pts and 130 calories and 2/3 a serving of poatoes 4pts and 140 calories.

Around 5, I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to enjoy the remaining daylight walking around downtown with Matt and Bear. It was a much needed break. I have been running on empty studying lately. I love downtown Charlottesville. Its so beautiful and historic. It was so good to get out and walk around. I have been afraid my muscles would atrophy before I used them again! +2 activity points and -170 calories.

Our go-to wine bar closed :(

Chalk Art at the downtown mall
Charlottesville Pavilion...can't wait for Friday concerts

Man who wanted his picture taken when he
saw me with a camera. More reasons I love Charlottesville.
For dinner, I threw some pasta together with artichoke hearts, steamed asparagus, garlic, onion, laughing cow cheese, Italian seasonings, greek yogurt, and a little olive oil, 7pts and 388 calories. It was really delicious, but I scarfed it down too fast. I followed dinner with five mini vanilla wafers for 2pt and 85 calories with 1 Tbsp peanut butter 2pts and 80 calories.

I couldn't finish all of it.

I had one more before bed.
