Week 12: Day 3

Matt had to be at school pretty early today and I was moving like a sloth so we drove separately which gave me some extra time to get things together for the day. For breakfast, I had my traditional 1 1/2 cups of vanilla almond milk for 3pts. It was the last of the carton and its now going to be a staple!

I holed myself in the design lab for the remainder of the day, only sneaking out for lunch and to stop by Larry's office for a brief meeting. I am working on a (past-due) program that I need to turn in extremely badly so that I can get to work on the hundred things which are about to be past due! I had a Smart Ones Fettuccine Alfredo for lunch for 4pts with a cookie for 1pt.

Back to work after lunch until my C25K Week 2 Day 2 workout with CJ for +2 activity pts! It felt pretty good. We're almost into week three! Eight more weeks and we'll be running 5ks like pros.

When I got home for the day- I decided not to work. Great plan, right? I had my leftover Ragazzi's tortellini from Monday. When I reheated it, the butter and cheese from the Alfredo sauce had separated so I dumped off the extra butter- and now I can see why alfredo sauce is so bad for you. 8pts.

I went on to bigger and better snacks before dinner. This quickly spiraled out of control and I went over my pts for the day. I had chips and guacamole that were left in Jamie and Chris's fridge when they left for 4pts
No- obviously didn't eat all of this. I had ~ 15 chips and 3 Tbsp Guacamole

I talked to Allee while making dinner and it was so good to catch up with her. For dinner, Matt and I had Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and fries! Yum! I didn't eat much of the sandwich because I was focusing on the fries. I had 4pts of fries, 2pts of honeymustard, 1 1/2 oz. of chicken with light ranch 2pts, 1/2 slice provolone 1pt, and 1/2 tortilla with 1/2 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce 1pt.
I ate ~1/2 the chicken and tortilla pictured.

Just so you know, I scheduled my under-180 lbs reward (haircut) at Bubbles Salon for this Saturday! Pretty excited- plus, I'm a little overdue. I have split ends like whoa.

  1. Tell me how Bubbles is! If it's as good as the Bubbles at home I am DEFINITELY going there to get my hair trimmed pre-wedding!
