Gross.
I had class at 9:30 and then went to a meeting for the class I TA. I worked on that for a while and then decided to skip my second class so that I could get home before the snow started. We're supposed to get a few more inches today. Before I left, I ate lunch w/ CJ in her office. I had a chicken wrap- 3oz. grilled chicken, 1 slice onion, 1 Tbsp mustard, ff tortilla, romaine, and 1 slice swiss cheese (It would have been better w/ tomato)- for 6pts, grapes for 1pt and a cheesecake tart for 1pt (they arent as good the 2nd day b/c the phyllo isn't as crunchy).
I came home, dusted the house, cleaned the bathroom and sinks, and hung some pictures. Way fun. I had a medium baked sweet potato with light butter and cinnamon for 4pts and I cant find the picture of this for some reason.
Then, I went back to the gym with Jamie- if I'm going to be home, I may as well get something done! I did day 3 week 2 of C25K and then biked for 15 more minutes for + 5 activity points then I came home and did my week 2 day 3 of my hundred pushup challenge and 200 sit up challenge for +1 activity points.
Matt got home from work while I was at the gym and we ate an early dinner together around 5 of smartones entrees. I had chicken teriaki w/ veggies and rice for 4pts with a diet sunkist. I was still hungry afterward so I had 3pts of chips and some salsa and a 200 cal snack pack for dessert for 2pts.
Stilllll hungry after that- but I tried to distract myself by taking a bath- after all I was pretty tired from my nearly 2hrs of gym time. No such luck- so I made french fries with hot mustard to eat while watching The Biggest Loser. Definitely did the trick for +4pts.
So yummy and I was def satisfied after these. I watched the nearly 2hr episode of the Biggest Loser, but I have to say, they WAY overdid the commercials; its barely worth watching anymore. But go sunshine and oneal for doing well at home. Can't wait to see how that ends up. Hung out with Matt for a little longer and then went to bed around 11 to make sure I was ready for Wednesday!
I am going to start tracking weekly stats based on Tuesday being the starting day because my meetings are Monday night- so goodbye 5 workout points from yesterday.
