Sweet Treats! Cheesecake Tartlets

Having people over and looking for the perfect dessert?? No? Ok good, because these, you will not want to share. (Probably too cheesy of an intro, but it sounded blog appropriate.) Anyway these are adorable and delicious and only 1pt per tartlet- just make sure you add a point for licking the bowl because you will. This is modified from "Weight Watchers 5 Ingredient 15 minute Recipes, 2009."

You will need:

15 Mini Phyllo Shells (found in frozen section)
3 Tbsp Weight Watchers Vanilla ff Yogurt
4 (4oz.) Weight Watchers 1 oz. cups Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/8 tsp Ground Cinimon
15 Blackberries
15 Walnut halves
Confectioner's Sugar for Dusting Tartlets

What to do:

Toast phyllo shells at 350 for 5mins.

While shells bake, beat the cream cheese spread until smooth (on medium speed). Then add yogurt, granulated sugar, and lemon and beat again until smooth.
I haven't been able to find my beaters since we moved into the new apt, so I tried a food processor and it turned out well, but I think it would be easier with beaters.

Take the phyllo shells out of the oven and fill evenly with cream cheese mixture.

Garnish with a blackberry and walnut half, and then dust with confectioners sugar.

And then you're done! Only 1 pt per tartlet and soooo delicious!
Hope to see less of each other next time!
Casey
